I made a reservation through QEEQ, which included the one-way fee. At the end of the rental, I was charged this fee. I've already sent QEEQ proof that it was included in my package, but they haven't responded to my email.

This is ridiculous. I did return the car with a full fuel tank, and I even have an e-receipt that clearly shows the fuel level was 8/8. I just called Avis because I haven’t received my security deposit refund yet — I returned the car on June 22 — and they told me I was charged for fuel. What the heck? This makes absolutely no sense. I’m seriously just trying to get my security deposit back, and this whole process is frustrating and incredibly annoying. Now they’ve even sent me another e-receipt showing I was charged $61. Things have certainly changed over the past year for the car rental business. Be prepared for a $750 security deposit on a credit card only, even if you prepay.

Thank you Sandy !!! For being so helpful. We left the keys in the car after renting if for the day. Instead of my husband having to go back to retrieve the key, she asked someone to bring them back. Totally our fault. Service above and beyond.
