Reserved a compact car and was given a minivan, bec it is all they had. I do not feel safe driving it due to its large size. I called the Avis number but was met with hostility and told there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could look at other locations that might have inventory but they refused.

If u want waste your money go and book your car with this location. And always be ready for unnecessary charges . Better go with enterprise but never ever this location .

Unless you want to get ripped off for $180 don’t call here. It was in tiny print that they charge $180 just for reserving the vehicle. I’ll never go back. Even the lady at the front desk said they should not have done that and we should not have been charged anything till we showed up to pick up the vehicle.

Had the unfortunate experience of our wheel bearings goin' mid-trip to Edmonton to see our family. Waiting 6 hours for our car to be finished, while missing out on family time didn't make sense (when we would also be spending more than a rental would cost us while waiting!!) 🤣 I called and Spoke to Dianne who was lovely, and she SO quickly set us up for a last-minute rental car for the weekend.
