Really nice place to rent from. Had some issues getting cars in the past. But seems to have resolved that issue now.

Worst company to rent from . Kristy has horrible customer service. Tries to add on charges . Ronald the owner calls you on her behalf on a blocked number threatening to ban you from all Avis . Thank god for video proof or they probably would have taken his side over something that happened last year. Avoid at all cost . Would have given a 0 if possible .

I had no issues with them. I was surprised how nice that Malibu handled on the road. I enjoyed that car. The avis lady was nice. Thanks

Red deer, I stood and waited for 20 minutes to pick up my car, no apologies given(she was washing a vehicke), my car said maintenance required as soon as I got in, the cruise control did not work, not a great experience

Disappointing experience – avoid dealing with ERIN if possible. I returned my rental car with the fuel gauge still showing nearly full, yet Erin insisted I either pay a fuel charge or go refill it at the gas station right next door. I chose to top it off myself, spending only $3, which confirmed the tank was already full. She also failed to inform me that stepping away to refuel would result in a late return fee.
