Car rental was cancelled well in advance of pickup. They charged the full amount to my card. Indicated a refund was being processed. Waited 3 weeks before disputing via my credit card. They are now disputing that they owe me money. Scammy. Avoid at all costs.

Rented a car from this place and had a wonderful experience! I dealt with Kristi and she bent over backwards to help out and get me on my journey as fast as possible Will definitely rent from this place again and again

I rented a minivan for a trip out of town with my children. I called to inquire if I could pick it up earlier, around 2:30 p.m., and was informed that it would first undergo detailing, an oil change, or a car wash. However, when I picked up the van and was preparing to load our belongings the following morning, I noticed that it had not been detailed and was quite dirty. Reserved a compact car and was given a minivan, bec it is all they had. I do not feel safe driving it due to its large size. I called the Avis number but was met with hostility and told there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could look at other locations that might have inventory but they refused.
