Excellent service! The car was clean, in great condition, and ready on time. The staff were friendly, professional, and the whole rental process was quick and easy. I would definitely rent from this agency again.
I had booked a rental for March 4th pickup at 12:00pm. No-one at the counter, Devin, who works the National/Enterprise counter tried calling the owner/ person who was supposed to be working the counter and no response. my total wait time was approximately 1 hour. I get that these things can happen, but I'm just disappointed in this experience.
So Far, the same experience as others. Called many times without an answer during posted business hours. Website wouldn't let me book for pick up at midnight when our flight was landing even though google hours say they are open. Coming in For a funeral and need get make arrangements for a rental car. They need to answer their phone in order to actually have some sort of customer service.
Great experience at this location. I was hesitant to book as I’ve only ever used Enterprise previously but the week we arrived everything was booked up. This was after we realized we had booked a car from St Johns not St John. The lady at the counter was a miracle worker and managed to get us a great vehicle last minute. We sat for a while at the airport trying to figure out what to do and eventually she approached us and gave us some hope. A short while later we were on the way to Moncton. Thank you again !
Absolutely terrible service. Would highly recommend AVIS as they are an amazing company but the Saint John airport location was not good at all. Would not recommend. This would have been zero stars if I could.
