Had to change my reservation a week in advance of pickup. They charged me almost double to make a change to the reservation after assuring me it would be refunded. No refund issued and denial of extra charges. Avoid this company of scammers.

Excellent experience at the Winnipeg car rental. Mateen was exceptional in his service. I had a problem with my credit card at the original rental in Saskatchewan. He worked with me to make things right. I left the counter feeling elated!

Not very trustworthy and took advantage of me miscalculating some math. Thinking back now, I get why the man was asking the lady if she was okay with what they were doing. Smh Then asked me to leave him a good review..

The Good: The initial pickup process at the Winnipeg location was actually pretty painless. We understood clearly at the start that the credit card used for securing the vehicle had to match the driver's name, which was no problem. Before leaving, we specifically asked if we could use a different card to settle the final bill upon return, and the representative explicitly advised us that any card could be used at that time.
