The Good: The initial pickup process at the Winnipeg location was actually pretty painless. We understood clearly at the start that the credit card used for securing the vehicle had to match the driver's name, which was no problem. Before leaving, we specifically asked if we could use a different card to settle the final bill upon return, and the representative explicitly advised us that any card could be used at that time. Poorly serviced and very high mileage vehicles. My rental has almost 60K on it and the tire pressure monitor showed two tires at low inflation when I picked up the vehicle. Additionally, my unit had multiple scratches, dings and was in overall dirty condition. I had an early flight and when I came out, the vehicle had a layer of freezing rain coating it. Waited more than two hours just to get the car. When asked they told me to get a smaller car instead. Very poor service.

Asheem at the front desk was fantastic today. Very professional and great communication. This was my best car rental experience!
