Beware of hidden fees, when they rent to you they seemed very relaxed but will slap you with hidden fees upon return. Was never told about a late fee associated with returning only an hour later. Really unimpressed and will not rent with Avis ever again.

I have rented from Avis at multiple locations all over the world. This particular Avis has both good and bad points. Good: * The assistant at the desk was very kind and helpful. * The car exterior was in excellent condition. * The desk location is easy to find. * The pickup and return were quick and relatively painless. Car was extremely dirty. Reverse camera did not work. Not sure but this has been so disappointing. Ruins the experience of the trip.

One Star - Extremely Long Wait Times, Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience with Avis at the Winnipeg airport. When I arrived to pick up my rental car, the line was outrageously long. It took over an hour just to speak with an agent. There were only a couple of staff members working despite the obvious rush, and the line barely moved.
