ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR FROM. My husband had free rental points that he used for our car rental. When renting car on the website, he used his points and they were approved. Upon returning the car, they charged our cc for the 4 day rental even though points were applied. After my husband spent countless hours on the phone, and emailing them, they still charged our card, and returned the points. They were extremely rude during the phone call and email. They would not accept the points that they already allowed... read more
