DO NOT BOOK A RENTAL HERE - I am rarely someone to leave poor reviews on company pages, but I hope others can avoid the frustrations and time wasting that I have endured here. I had a very disappointing experience with Avis. When I picked up the vehicle, the gas tank was not completely full—it was slightly below the full mark. I returned the car with the fuel at the exact same level it was when I received it, but Avis still charged me for fuel because the gauge wasn’t sitting exactly on the full tank line.
Never again. Rude, over charged, and car was dirty upon pick up. Space inside was dirty and no one was even in the building when we went to pick up car originally.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not rent a car from here. We made a reservation for a mid size suv, they did not have that for us. They had a small car and then said it was going to be $150 MORE than what we reserved for. Absolutely not, we will never even attempt to rent from here again or any other Avis. We left without a rental because why would we pay more for a smaller car compared to what we asked for? Customer service in store was horrible and zero help.
