This was the easiest rental of my life. Paperwork and keys were handed to me after a DL check and I walked just a few steps to the car. And the bonus was a low mileage 4Runner!
If you want to start your travel off on the wrong foot (literally-because chances are not high you actually get a car here), then rent with this OP Avis location. Otherwise I don't care how much more expensive Enterprise or Hertz at ~435 & Metcalf are, do yourself a huge favor and skip this Avis and rent from ANYWHERE ELSE.
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! I would give this A is location zero stars but my wife said it hurts them more with a 2 star review. I have had 2 very bad experiences with them. The first time, I waited 1.5 hours to get my car and while I was waiting, they told some poor guy they didn’t have any cars for his reservation and he was screwed. My second experience was today. I had a reservation for 8am pick up and they called me a 7:30am telling me they have to cancel my reservation because they don’t have any available cars. This ... read more
