This place has really changed over the last few years the customer service was great when it first opened now it lacks greatly. The reps lack training and customer service.This will be my last time renting from this location.

We had issues with our vehicle we picked up in Olathe. Took us 2 hours to finally get it traded in OP on Metcalf the guy there, truly helped us.
Being there several times but make sure you only do business with the gentleman named MOOSE!
