Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Very accommodating and supportive. Fast and professional. Clean cars in great shape. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend and great service
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I had a 1:30 reservation on a Sunday. Their hours say 10am-2pm. No one was there. I stood outside talking with Avis customer service who tried reaching the franchise owner but no one answered. I had to cancel my business trip. While I was there two other people with reservations came by. We all left very frustrated!
I am going to miss my grandmother's funeral because they don't take chime credit cards. The only reason its 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy at the desk was pretty nice.
