Don't bother they probably won't have the car. I've attempted to rent from this location twice. The first time they didn't have the class of car I reserved. I ended up paying a higher rate for a worse car. The second time they didn't have any cars at all. That time I had booked through a 3rd party site (Costco). I called Costco and they directed me to go to the Avis location at the airport. Once I got to the airport I was told to that the Broadway Avis is a "franchise store" and the "corporate store" at the airport couldn't ... read more
These guys are top notch and very helpful. We had to rent a vehicle for several weeks while our car was in the shop. Ricardo helped me find the best price online and found me a vehicle quickly. When we needed to swap out into another rental they walked me through the process. Again, when I needed to extend the rental they explained how to keep the same vehicle for the best rate. I highly recommend this AVIS on Broadway in Lexington! Thanks for all of your help!
