Car rental reservation wasconfirmed twice the day prior. Specifically called to confirm a car on the lot for 8am the next morning. Received a call the next morning at 7:50 as I was pulling up to pick up the car that the lot was empty and they couldn't fuful my reservation. No help whatsoever rectifying the situation or offering to find me another vehicle in the local area. Had to spend more money elsewhere for a last minute reservation. Would not waste my time in the future
Rented a 12-passenger van from them months in advance. Went in person a week before pickup to reconfirm. 48 hours before a group of visitors from overseas arrived, I was told they had nothing for me and there was nothing they could do. Tried to get it transferred to another location and was told the same thing. Absolutely strunningly bad service. Is there an option for negative stars?
