I really wish I listened to the reviews before getting a rental but i was really in the time of needing one I had no choice and it was the worse choice i should had uber til my car was ready , the experience was great until i returned the car , it’s been days later im still in stress bc of it — I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

I reserved and prepaid a 12-person passenger van from Avis nearly a month in advance for a 12-day family trip involving 11 people. Two hours before my scheduled pickup time, I received a call informing me that the van would not be available. WORSE EVER!! Don’t rent from this place!!! Made a reservation and it was confirmed! Was pulling in and getting out of vehicle to get a call from this place to tell me they don’t have a vehicle available. Asked to speak with manager and was told from him that they have had nothing all week. They could have called to let me know this! Then was told had to call costumer service to even get my money back. And I had to figure out what to. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! We booked a car three months ago. We need it to get to the forest in Pineville Kentucky and then to the airport in Knoxville. When we arrived at this dump of a place, there was NO CAR. There are none anywhere. And the only solution they gave was to call the 1-800 number, who told us there was nothing anywhere and we are out of luck. We are now ubering 2 hours to a forest. Then ubering from the forest another 2 hours. This business should be shut down!!!

They just didn’t have the car. The solution that was suggested was none. If anyone is getting a car from here they are doing better than we did. Worst service.
