You can make a reservation but that doesn’t mean they have a car. It’s also dirty, no waiting area, and in an unsafe feeling area. Use them at your own risk

I really wish I listened to the reviews before getting a rental but i was really in the time of needing one I had no choice and it was the worse choice i should had uber til my car was ready , the experience was great until i returned the car , it’s been days later im still in stress bc of it — I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

I reserved and prepaid a 12-person passenger van from Avis nearly a month in advance for a 12-day family trip involving 11 people. Two hours before my scheduled pickup time, I received a call informing me that the van would not be available. The alternatives offered could not accommodate our group, leaving us scrambling at the last minute to salvage plans that had been in place for months. WORSE EVER!! Don’t rent from this place!!! Made a reservation and it was confirmed! Was pulling in and getting out of vehicle to get a call from this place to tell me they don’t have a vehicle available. Asked to speak with manager and was told from him that they have had nothing all week. They could have called to let me know this! Then was told had to call costumer service to even get my money back. And I had to figure out what to.
