Total scam do not rent from here. They added an extra day and charged me a late fee and say I didn’t top it off with fuel. Sounds like an employee took of for a joy ride. I returned the keys and put them in the drop box, rhe lady at the counter said to since there was a long line of unhappy customers waiting on their vehicles. I’ve also reserved a car from them before and show up and they didn’t have any. I had to uber 45 min down the road. Customer service keeps giving me the run around.

Employees can be rude and slow. If you're looking for helpful and responsive customer service, Hertz at this airport has been reliable but the employees here hate their jobs and make sure you know it.

Pat was amazing!!! She stayed until midnight waiting on our delayed flight! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her helping us! She waited with no hesitation to make sure we were taken care of!!!

I don't recommend renting from Avis. I had a reservation, and when I arrived at the office, it was closed because they had already rented all the cars, including the one I had reserved. I was left not knowing what to do, alone and clueless. I had booked two weeks prior. If you don't want the same thing to happen to you, don't rent here. They don't care if you have a reservation. The worst place to rent cars. Zero stars. Never again Avis.
