We booked a car via the Uber app & received a booking confirmation. Upon arrival, there was no car available and we were sent to the airport. Could have saved us a taxi trip & time. Horrible service

This Avis location is great and the manager in the office is very helpful and polite. I deducted one star because we had a pickup at Noon on a Sunday but were never told that this location closes at exactly Noon on Sunday. We arrived at 12:20. Thankfully our road trip didn’t start until Monday. The office manager helped us get everything sorted the next morning.
Georgia is SO unbelievably kind, patient, and helpful. Someone had returned the car I was scheduled to rent in not the best condition and she stayed well after they closed to help me find an alternative that worked for my work trip. She had an incredibly positive and sweet attitude the entire time. I’m so grateful and will without a doubt only be renting from here so I can keep working with her!!
