Do not deal with this branch- picked up our car with the gas level on 3/4 which we only realised once we left the office. We immediately took a photo of the gauge clearly showing the level and time in addition I included the gas receipt showing I filled it up to full when I returned it and sent all the information to Avis corporate office more than 2 weeks ago. Second time renting here. Raul is always professional and accomodating, even when we make last second changes to upgrade the vehicle. We had a weird issue with the corporate office where they gave us wrong information but after talking to raul everything was resolved.
