Generally a good car rental place. Cars are older than airport rental. Nice service. They don't always have Cars even if you make a reservation. They said the corporate over "sells "
Circling The Drain. This location continues to decline. Chronically understaffed. For example it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone during business hours. It goes to corporate after 10 rings. They do not honor any avis preferred benefits. I was rented a truck with a known recall, and abs warning light. Been renting here for years for work but likely not much any more.
This location and staff are great. They are always helpful and courteous. They do so much business here that I do wish they were able to accommodate for members who have Avis Preferred members to not wait in line to get a vehicle. Would recommend renting from or returning to this location for anyone in the area.
I've used this place for years. Always had friendly service.
