It is time to shut this place down. My company reserves our cars several days or a week in advance, but Avis can't seem to support what must be a million $ a year rental business. We keep getting turned away because they don't have vehicles for us. I have been picking up cars here for business travel for 13 years. If you're renting a 7 passenger van you will need: A credit card( debit card isn't acceptable), driver license, one utility bill that matches your Driver's license, holding amount of $200 AND maybe a soft pull credit check inquiry (it depends on the owner at the location) This was told to me via call center. After Enterprise left me high and dry, I walked over to Avis with low hopes of being able to rent a car last minute. Trevor not only got me in a car and out the door in less than 10 minutes but was actively helping other patrons that migrated from enterprise. Thank you Trevor!
We dropped a car off and picked up another car from this Avis location. After a 12 hour drive and moving all of our belongings, we were exhausted. Trevor made the process seamless and ensured we got everything from one vehicle to the other. He welcomed us to our new home and even gave some local recommendations. I would definitely rent from here again.
