While Trevor provided excellent customer service, it absolutely does not excuse the appalling condition of the vehicles at this location. I rented a minivan for my family, only to discover dry, crusted rodent droppings in the third row. This is a complete biohazard and an unacceptable oversight. Now, my family and I have to monitor our health for the next five weeks due to this exposure. I am incredibly angry, disgusted, and frankly traumatized by this rental experience. I will never rent from Avis again.
Great location, pleanty of parking for easy in/out access. Large Selections with plenty to choose from. Staff are super polite and courteous. Checkout/in tmes tend to be lengthy...parking can be difficult during peak hours.
I went there to rent a car this weekend in Lexington Park I wasn;t able to rent one without a reservation. But the office was a disgrace it smelled terrible. The carpet is so nasty I will never return there. It's really not suitable for public service there. I recommend just paying the higher price at Enterprise rent a car next door.
Trevor, the manager at this Avis location is great! He always figures out of a way to get you in a car and on the road and their detailing guy Kevin always makes sure the cars are up to standards!
Trevor was awesome! He had us in and out with little effort. Thank you!!!
