This is an extremely unprofessional establishment. The man who worked here took our reservation for a convertible. We were never notified the car was not available. When we reached there the man who works there notified us he didn’t have the car and that “we can pick another car”. Our pick up time was at 9 AM AND WE STILL DID NOT HAVE A CAR AT 12PM. Extremely unprofessional scam artists. We were never given an apology and told to just wait if the car shows up. DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
Friendliest and most laid-back rental experience ever. I just walked in and Youseph set me up right away. A pleasure to deal with.
