I was double charged for a 2-day rental despite showing my Priceline confirmation at pickup. I prepaid $203.36 via Priceline (including insurance), but Budget charged me an extra $162.23 — for the same car, same days, and less than 110 miles. Their customer service kept sending copy-paste replies, never addressed the real issue, and wasted hours of my time. I was initially hesitant to rent a car from this place because of some of the reviews I read. However, we decided to go ahead with it since their prices were very reasonable—and I’m glad we did! Everything went smoothly. Kevin was especially great—he’s very friendly and informative, making sure we knew everything we needed before taking the car. The car was also clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience.
