Outstanding experience with Justin and Travis! I had an amazing experience renting from Avis at the Ocala Airport thanks to Justin and Travis. They were both extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect vehicle and patiently answered every single question we had. Still not setup to process Uber Rideshare program. Im forced to drive to Orlando because there are no other participating locations even though Uber and Avis claim this location is prepared.
