Edith at Avis at the Ocala International Airport was extremely kind to me when I rented my car on July 8th. I originally had a booking at National which I have been using as my primary rental company for 10 years. After being denied my rental due to my Saudi license, Edith came ro my rescue and was able to book a lovely BMW X3 ar a favorable rate. As National Emerald Executive member, I am now going to switch to Avis every time I visit my family in Ocala. Please give Edith the praise she deserves.
