Will never come here again! Worst experience ever! We reserved our vehicle several weeks ahead and when we arrived they had no vehicles to give us. They could have at least called to let us know. We drove 35 minutes here to find out they didn't have a car for us. Terrible service
I rented a car from Avis at the Louisville Airport on Sunday July 6th at 1pm to go from Louisville Kentucky to Ocala Florida. She never asked me any questions about insurance. She typed in my name as Mighty instead of Michael which I still dont understand. I made my way through the airport down to the garage where the cars are kept.
