Horrible insurance they have ! My sister got hit by a rental car from here and their insurance has done nothing about it. It’s been almost 2 months since shes been without a car.
This Avis should be a model location. I c travel to Twin Falls monthly and Courtney remembers my name every time and makes sure my car is ready to go. Great service and clean, well maintained cars.

Rented a car on Friday for a week. Paid in advance on my CC. I decided I didn't need the car and returned it on Saturday. I received an email afterwards with an updated total reflecting the time I actually had the car. I assumed they had refunded the difference to my card until I got my statement several weeks later, no refund.
