I’m a regular customer at Avis Car Rental, and Ronnie and Amit were both amazing to work with. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Their excellent service keeps me coming back.
My brother called ahead to rent a car and when he got there he was told there were no cars available. When he asked the woman at the desk why she didn't state that over the phone she just ignored him. Unprofessional and rude establishment.
Reserved a car, no cars available. Not only that, Avis representatives on site left early for the day. The BP manager told me to call Avis reservation department. How pathetic.

Placed a reservation 4 days in advance. When I got there, the vehicle i had rented was unavailable. The staff was very helpful and got me into another car. Unfortunately that car had a bunch of issues that popped up over the next 3 days of rental. Car smelled of weed and cigarettes when you turn on ac. Vehicle would start vibrating when you got on the parkway and reached 50 mph. Felt like an alignment issue. I took local with the avis rental after that death wobble on the highway.
