If I could give this place a zero I would.. Worse service EVER! The attendant said he tried calling me LIED professionalism UNACCEPTABLE.
DO NOT BOOK RENTAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I had a planned drop off for 6pm. I made it to the office to drop off at 5pm and the office was closed!!! Mind you the closing time is 6pm. Contacted customer service and it took an hour to come up with a solution. Which was to further detour my plans that I had. They wanted me to drop off next day however I was leaving to go out the country the next day. Then they wanted me to return to the nearest Avis which is the airport. Work there
This has been the WORST experience with AVIS ever. This particular location lies to customer over the phone. I understand they can be overwhelmed with how the uber rental process is setup. It is no excuse to avoid customers or lie to them. My reservation was made and accepted for 4/29. However, it is 5/2 and still no car. This is beyond unacceptable. Made a reservation for 5:30. Got to the location at 5:20. Doors locked no one insight. The location is supposed to close at 6:00. There's a Avis Sales office on the same lot. Went to ask why was it closed. Only to be told that they close the location early all the time. How does that work. No wonder this location has horrible reviews. Called customer service, and was told that I could go to the airport and rent but it was gonna cost me $60 more a day. $240 for four days.
