Over charged my card by 1500 dollars and still had to wait until it gets "processed " because one of employees put the terms in incorrectly

These are some of the most unorganized and unconcerned people ever! They cancelled my reservation while I was at work and their response was they tried to call me. I work in a building with no service. I called and made the reservation before I put my at in the shop. It’s a parking lot full of cars though.
First time buyer here and I was helped by Joel and Calvin both were great and patient with me. Joel had very good customer service I definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to finance a car for the first time!
Great car rental. The best pricing. Reserve early. Good staff. Very fair, no worries.
