Pick up time was set for 6pm. Was called at 3 something to come pick up vehicle at 5:30pm. Got there just for them to inform that they didn’t take the form of payment which is VISA and is listed as a form of payment they take. However, the money for the car was already charged. This absolutely made no sense to me. Such an inconvenience. Do not do business with these people.
