Santiago was very patient, polite and kind with me and he went an extra hundred miles to make sure we got things done. He also gave me advice on how to load my card which I really appreciate and I was pleased with the service. He definitely has the spirit to be a manager in the knowledge to be a supervisor. I booked car at 5pm and called them to double check. However, when we arrived there they are already closed at 5pm and the close time on google map is not correct
Unlawful and Unfair Experience with Avis Pasadena via Booking.com I booked an SUV in advance through Booking.com with Avis at the Pasadena, California location to secure both the car type and a fair price. When I arrived to check in, the manager (Rafael) informed me they had no SUVs available and instead only offered a Toyota sedan—at the same SUV price.
