I booked car at 5pm and called them to double check. However, when we arrived there they are already closed at 5pm and the close time on google map is not correct
Unlawful and Unfair Experience with Avis Pasadena via Booking.com I booked an SUV in advance through Booking.com with Avis at the Pasadena, California location to secure both the car type and a fair price. When I arrived to check in, the manager (Rafael) informed me they had no SUVs available and instead only offered a Toyota sedan—at the same SUV price.
