We made a reservation with car seats, and upon arrival and trying several of the in-stock car seats Avis had, learned that none would properly fit/restrain our child. Courtney went above and beyond and offered to go to Walmart to get us one that would work since we had a long drive ahead of us. Incredible customer service by Courtney who didn’t bat an eye at finding a solution for us. We SO appreciate her extra effort to make sure we had a safe way to travel with our kids!!
The staff here are wonderful, especially Courtney at this location. Not only are they courteous and upbeat, but their customer service is unmatched. I work in travel and logistics and working with rental companies is a daily job. But Courtney and crew make the process SO much easier. She's a wizard behind the curtains and I appreciate all the extra steps she takes to ensure that travelers have a seamless experience. I truly enjoy any chance I have to work with her, and she's ensured our business for the foreseeable future.
Fabulous customer service with staff willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Shout out to Mallory who went above and beyond to take special care of an unexpected travel request, handled with courtesy, kindness and good cheer.
Excellent service. Quick and exactly as advertised. Courtney was very helpful. So much better than at the bigger airports. Walked off the plane and they immediately had our keys ready. Drop off was just as easy. Would definitely use them again.
