By far the ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL COMPANY. Convinced there looking to go bankrupt. false advertisement
I had a few hiccups (no fault of Avis) trying to rent a vehicle from here but Jason went above and beyond for us!! Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. I will definitely rent from here again and again as their vehicles are clean and reliable and more importantly, they truly care about their customers.
I’ve rented a few cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Jason was extremely helpful and even responded to a question regarding the rental after hours. I recommend coming here to save the money on the astronomical and predatory fees at Newark. This location is easy to get to with a Lyft/uber and saved me over $100 compared to airport fares. Avis, Jason deserves a raise from whatever you pay him now. When I come back to NY I will be definitely using this place again. Thank you!
I recently rented a car, and the salesman, Jason, was very helpful and well-mannered. He went above and beyond to help me find an economical and affordable car in just less than 30 minutes. I hope Jason gets rewarded with a free lunch :)
