Rented a great car for 16 days and returned it in excellent condition. When I brought it back, the front desk employee took a quick look and said it “wasn’t clean enough” and that next time he would charge me $450. That threat was absurd and completely unprofessional. Treating customers this way is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely.
