I had a really positive experience at the Avis Santa Clarita location, thanks to Jose. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and clear during return. What stood out the most was the genuine conversation we had—he took the time to share some of his professional experiences which he had come across and showed how much he cares about his work.

This is what this place was trying to provide as en Elite SUV. All around banged up Highlander with a terrible smell, huge holes in the carpet. When pointed out about the condition of the car the representative said “It’s not technical, it’s cosmetic”

I booked an online reservation for a SUV a couple of months prior to pickup for the Memorial Day week via Costco Travel. When I picked up my rental at the Valencia, CA Avis, Jose and Andres were very helpful and professional. My reservation included an upgrade, and I was provided with a good quality vehicle with low mileage that was clean and ready to go.
