I’ve been renting my Uber car from Avis in Elk Grove, IL for a while now and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The team has always worked with me and done everything they can to get me into a vehicle, even when things were complicated on my end. They’re polite, helpful, and the turnaround time on maintenance is fast. Oscar helped me and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. I was in an out very quickly with a car when I needed one.

Only reason I give them 3 stars is because when I call to extend the car rental they told me that it was fine they never extended it when I returned the car rental I was charged extra which I thought was charged extra for another day but other than they have good customer service
