This location was great!! Oscar was very accommodating to my high maintenance rental needs and super knowledgeable about all the questions I had that I could not find answers to online or when calling customer support. 10/10 new go to spot.

I’ve been renting my Uber car from Avis in Elk Grove, IL for a while now and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The team has always worked with me and done everything they can to get me into a vehicle, even when things were complicated on my end. They’re polite, helpful, and the turnaround time on maintenance is fast.
