For starters was supposed to have a military discount. Didn't get that!!!! Nice way to treat our service members. Then drove the car 3 miles still in Elk Grove to realize I was given the wrong set of keys and couldn't start the car. AND WAS TOLD TO GET A RIDE BACK TO AVIS FOR THE RIGHT KEY WOULD NOT BRING IT TO ME!!!!!!! So I had to drive my family members car over our neighbors grass to go around the rent a car to drive back . I came in to get an updated TNP Emblem that could only he done by Uber by Arsenyl helped me the all the way through with the process, helped me with the insurance process as well as got me brand new wipers! Excellent service!
It's been 1 and a half months since I delivered the car, but a lot of money is withdrawn from my account, these are scammers, don't rent a car from them

Fahmeed was great - very friendly and professional. Very quick and easy process. He had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Will definitely use next time I need a rental car.
