I was on vocation from Edmonton to Vancouver but at Jasper city my vehcile broke down. Thanks God I have seen your AVIS Car Rental and continued my family vacations by hiring your vehicle. Inefficient when assigning and returning cars. Had some problems with the car. There were also not enough designated Avis parking spots upon return.

Save your self the headache and rent with someone else if you come to Jasper. I’m a local did an overnight rental cost 140$ or so. Got my bill and was shocked to see I was charged 2700$. On my credit card! They mixed me up with another client now I have to be the one to sort this out. No apologies either for the inconvenience. Always rented enterprise never had a problem! Very concerning also with the amount of fraud and scams these days. I hope this can be sorted out quickly. Def make sure you know what you’re getting into ... read more

Been renting cars while travel around and this is by far the worst experience and don't see anything like this in the coming future. Apology for the long review, I try to make it short and clear. Also, all the fact and you make the decision. Background: planned trip to Jasper from Vancouver by VIA train, arriving July 01 around 11am and leave Jasper 9am on July 02. 6/11網路訂（6/23取、6/24還）車，訂完看到這台車有限里程。立馬取消改訂沒里程限制的車款，雖然費用比較高但符合我們需求。隨後收到確認取消信件，退款會扣除$50服務費後，並在10工作天左右返還。打客服詢問為什麼會有手續費，卻被告知如果網路取消會有手續費但打客服取消就不會，網路上並沒有相關訊息！並且官網有免費取消條款，客服說他無法幫忙，很遺憾🙄 6/24還車後5分鐘，想到車上有東西沒拿。隨後馬上詢問櫃檯人員，他告訴我們洗車公司員工會把東西拿出來放櫃檯給他們，我們明天可以來拿。我們去車旁邊透過窗戶確認東西是不是在車上，有拍照確認。 但隔天去櫃檯要拿東西時，卻說我們東西被洗車場丟掉了，櫃檯人員推托說當下他沒有去車上確認東西，所以無法保證我們東西在車上🙄 不負責任的服務、亂扣服務費的系統，從頭到尾都有病的公司，租車要小心。
