Natalynn was great
I was told about the convenience of the drop box to return the vehicle early. I utilized that convenience. What I wasn't told was they do not check the box in the morning. This resulted in an unexpected $250 charge since she decided not to check the box Saturday morning when they are open on Saturdays until noon. I attempted to get things corrected and was told she doesnt check the box if she doesn't see a car.
