If I could give negative 5 stars I would! Do not use Avis at the airport. The manager “Chris” at this location is the worst person and manager, in which this is the face of the airport Avis service center. He has no customer service skills whatsoever and not friendly at all. The way I was talked to in front of the Manager “Chris” and the way he let it happen was unacceptable.
