Excellent service, friendly check in!
Reserved a larger car for a one way trip but the vehicle I received was not able to carry my merchandise. I had to wait over the weekend to exchange the vehicle for the type I originally paid for and they charged me the DROP FEE for the car although I returned the car to a local agent and exchanged it for a vehicle type that o originally reserved. Now 3 days behind on my trip and they can’t “Do anything about it”. First and last rental with Pay(useless)less.
