Didn't have a credit card, so we couldn't get a rental through them.

I rent from them all the time and they asked me for my address a bill and said they couldn’t rent to me because something on my exquifax. I called exquifax and they said well it’s one item on there that’s 5 years old so that shouldn’t been a problem, and we will just go ahead and dispute it off so it doesn’t show up at all anymore. I called Avis customer service and the rep was very rude and didn’t know how to do his job he was very unprofessional and argumentative.
