Never again! I booked a large SUV weeks in advance. I received a confirmation email. I arrived on time to pick up the vehicle and I was told they didn't have the vehicle I requested or anything similar. No one called to let me know there was a problem. They simply waited for me to show up. They made no effort to solve my situation. Their suggestion was to call their customer service number. I did and their advice was to cancel my reservation.
Easy and quick pick up
Customer service here sucked. Had an urgent issue with an Avis rental that was picked up at the Orlando Airport. The employees said they could not help and refused to even call another location to help us. Rabid animals have better customer service.
