Никогда больше не обращусь в эту компанию, я заранее забронировал электрическую машину чтобы сделать сюрприз. После того как я приехал, они сказали что у них нету такой машины и ничем помочь не могут да и было понятно что не хотят. Менеджер просто закончил разговор со мной и начал заниматься своими делами.
My fav rental place!
Have been trying to get a rental from this location for the 3rd time in a week and they always tell me that they never have anything but there is a lot of cars in the parking lot. Always being told that they are sold out. Had to go to enterprise.
Never again! I booked a large SUV weeks in advance. I received a confirmation email. I arrived on time to pick up the vehicle and I was told they didn't have the vehicle I requested or anything similar. No one called to let me know there was a problem. They simply waited for me to show up. They made no effort to solve my situation. Their suggestion was to call their customer service number. I did and their advice was to cancel my reservation.
