Very helpful
The customer service I received was excellent. Nice vehicles clean interior, and they also smell clean. The only thing I don't like is Avis's policy I feel they rob their customers by charging excessive fees while renting the car if you need to make sudden changes. The thing that pulled me in was the deposit which is a decent price.
The lady here is very nice!
My wife had a van reservation and payed for for pickup this morning at 9am... She waited almost 2 hours for the van to be brought in from another location, and was told she had to cancel the reservation and redue it for 3x the price she paid... We made the reservation about a month and a half ago... We are trying to take a family trip to Disney world and this is about to make it where we can't go... And Disney does not do refunds.
