My van broke down in casper last week, on the way to Colorado. No one in the area had the right part, so I decided to rent a car and pick it up in denver. I arrived at the avis counter 30 minutes before opening. Since it was a Friday, a lot of the car rentals were booked out but Jack, who was working that day, was so incredibly nice and helpful! He opened the counter early and even gave me a lift to the other avis location in town, since they had more cars available there. He saved me and the rest of my trip! Would highly re... read more

Very bad experience I rented a luxury car for trip to Montana and they said I did not have a reservation then finally figured it out but gave me a Ford expedition instead of the GS 270 I rented and it cost me 150$ instead of the the 127$ I booked online and the car smells like cigarette's. I would not recommend booking a rental car through this company at all.
