What a joke. My connecting flight got in late, so they disregarded my reservation, and were completely out of cars when I arrived, and then blamed me for being late.

My van broke down in casper last week, on the way to Colorado. No one in the area had the right part, so I decided to rent a car and pick it up in denver. I arrived at the avis counter 30 minutes before opening. Since it was a Friday, a lot of the car rentals were booked out but Jack, who was working that day, was so incredibly nice and helpful!
