If I could give them zero stars, I would. I rented a car from these scammers, and it was the worst experience ever! I rented the car for six hours, and it took them forever to return my $200 deposit. I called the Valdosta office directly, but the person at the desk didn’t know what her job was. Useless. To get some clarification on my return deposit, I called the 1-800 number. They told me there was notes of damage to the car holding up my deposit that they were able to correct on spot by clearing up the mistake. Following t... read more
Worst experience!!! Got a car with almost empty fuel and tire issue! I went back to the counter to change car but the staff has left. Avis is the worst!
I rented a car for the weekend i returned the car a day early and i made sure it had a full tank, it was clean and im still waiting on my deposit it’s been 10 days and im still waiting very disappointed never again
