If I could give this Avis location ZERO stars, I would. I had a confirmed reservation for 4:00 PM. I arrived on time. Forty-five minutes later, I was still standing outside the counter with no employee there to help me, while a line of at least six other customers formed behind me. The explanation? Absolutely unacceptable service. I had a confirmed reservation for 4:00 PM at this Avis location inside the hotel. I arrived on time, and 45 minutes later I am STILL standing outside the counter waiting, with a line of at least six people behind me. There is literally a sign at the counter saying the employee is outside vacuuming cars. Since nobody was coming back, I actually had to walk through the parking lot myself to find an Avis employee. Rudy is awesome!!! He made our experience so good. It was very nice to go to him after a horrible experience at the Altamonte location. He made accommodations for my last minute change of reservation location. Thank you Rudy. We will definitely be returning to him.
