This has been the easiest experience of my life thanks to RUDY!! He’s always kind and aims to please with excellent customer service. I have never had an issue with this location, Avis needs to make this location the ideal version to take after.
I've been renting from this location for some years, and Rudy has always given me top-notch service. Rudy and his staff are always friendly and ensure that you are treated with the utmost respect. It’s not your typical location so don’t use it as such. If you have reserved a specific car through the online reservation system there is a high probability you won’t get what you reserved. Furthermore, you won’t know until the day off your reservation and closer to couple of hours prior to your pick up reservation that they don’t have the car and get offered some random vehicle.
