Syed has helped me out at this location several times, and has turned this into my Avis location of choice. As a frequent business traveler, I appreciate the quick, friendly, attentive service I receive every time I rent from here!

Bad experience - attempted bait and switch. I walked in without a reservation. Guy at desk (Syed?) said $257 for an economy car (Mazda) for 4 days, but avis.com showed $115. Asked him if he could match the price, so he instructed me to reserve online. Reserved a compact (same price as an economy at $115); he then told me no compacts were available and I'd have to upgrade an intermediate car (Corolla).
