Amazing car rental experience with this particular Avis rental facility. Thanks to Mr. Mark ( Manager), and Mr. Vito, front desk specialist. A rented automobile was new, and very clean. Booking process was easy, extension rent seemless, returning very easy with documented confirmation, which is rare in nowadays. Simply say it was the Golden Standards! I only put a star because I had NO choice.. came down because we were moving here and I rented a car.. not only were they rude and disrespectful to me but they tried to charge me AGAIN after 35 days like what! Thankful to my bank they took care of it.. DO NOT USE THEM THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU 35 days after car was returned and inspected with no issues and they themselves inspected it and said it was good.
。 Owner was super nice and explained everything in details! Got charged extra fee and even took care of that for me! Best Avis I’ve been too!
Have to use these guys every week for work! They’re always fast and courteous. Highly recommend.
