Rental car picked up in Chicago ORD had dents and scratches and garbage was left in vehicle
Fantastic Car Rental place!!! Always smiling staff and great service with good car selection! And going above and beyond! When I forgot my little boy's tablet on the top of the car after returning it, I called the next day to check and see if I left it in the car or at the service desk. They looked everywhere and called us back saying they couldnt find. It's 12:30 am and no one is here. You are lying about your hours. Worst avis I've ever been to, and I'm a presidents club member!
Me, along with many other customers, are frustrated and angered by the fact that this cleaning fee is implemented at the slightest hint of use. This is unacceptable. I shouldn't be hit with a fee that is greater than the amount of my rental. Given that this area is known to have heavy rain, sand, wind, dust, etc, having some "dirt on the gas pedal" and some "dirt on the floor" is likely acceptable.
