I was charged twice for this rental — $299 and $391 — even though my Priceline reservation was for $191. That alone is unacceptable for a 3-hour, one-way trip between airports. I reserved a full-size car but was told only a 12-passenger Transit van was available. I reluctantly accepted because there was no alternative. Amazing customer service! The best rental experience I’ve ever had. They really care about you and your safety. They remember you too. My experience here makes me always try to rent from Avis.
Flight was canceled and Avis was closed, but the girl opened back up and rented me a car. Very kind of her.
