Outstanding service at this location. Super convenient next to the Metropark train station. I’ve rented cars from here many times and they are 100% consistent providing professional service, clean and reliable cars. It’s like a boutique location.. never a line that provides quick service with a car steps away from the counter. Super friendly staff. Keep up the great work guys!

Very disappointing experience. The manager was unwilling to listen or review the evidence I provided. Completely ignored my concerns and offered the poorest customer service.

Worst experience ever. Was charged with "different location drop-off" fee even though I had selected it in the first place. Got charged with $70 more for the same. The representative there did not mention about the drop-off fee. Also, got a toll receipt even though I had an unlimited e-toll pass.
