Booked my car but they didn’t have any. They don’t pickup the call either. I’ll be taking to regional Avis manager.
Do not book at this location if you are African-American! They will not rent to you! The guy who was in there today was rude and nasty! When other customers who were of his ethnic background, he walked away and waited on them!! I had a reservation and never got a car!! To make matters worse, they did not cancel the reservation, and I was charged $180 on my debit card, the same card that he said I could not use. I went into the location, and the person was taking a rental from someone who had a stack of cash!!

Cancelled my reservation and didn’t even notify me. luckily i checked before going, considering their poor reviews
