I would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I reserved a car….Ubered to pick up. Then was told they have no cars available. The agent at the desk was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. He said to just find another rental company….offered zero help with a solution.
They try to put you in a lower class car at the same price as your reserved price for a higher class car!!! AVOID THIS CRAPPY LOCATION! THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER
Super helpful employees. I don't like being upgraded when I ask for a compact car but I get it. Inventory. I've been a die hard enterprise girl but Avis really came through for me and I'll definitely take a look in the Future when I'm considering renting a car.
The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee they provided, had a lingering marijuana smell. I immediately Frabreezed it and contacted customer service call center. They did offer to exchange it. I declined because we were on schedule to close out some business in NE Tennessee and attend my best friend's son HS graduation. Well, things went down hill after we loaded our luggage and took off.
