The absolute worst rental agency in the Central VA area. Horrific customer service is the start. A reservation means nothing to them. They don’t have vehicles ready, cleaned or prepared on arrival. Do not rent from this company THEY ARE A CORRUPT COMPANY. They falsly claim you left the car dirty and charge you with an "Excessive Cleaning" bill for regular use over 3 weeks. Also if someone runs into you and it is the other person's fault they keep coming after you with multiple claims even after your insurance company settles a claim. No sooner did my insurance company settle a claim Avis came after me 4 months later with another claim 10 times the first claim. THEY ARE CORRUPT!!!
I rented for a month thru Uber. Nothing but great experience with AVIS. Best price. In the future I would pick Avis again. The guys at the front desk were very nice. I was out in less than 5 mins.
