Ed & his team did their thing with my rental needs under extreme pressure and little to no help from their technical support team due to the faulty connection they had after the update. Everyone was very abrasive for the most part, and not once did they cave under pressure - top notch customer service!
So happy with my first-ever car rental experience! Ed was really helpful and quick. Highly recommend!
The absolute worst rental agency in the Central VA area. Horrific customer service is the start. A reservation means nothing to them. They don’t have vehicles ready, cleaned or prepared on arrival.
