I Absolutely love this place...Very convenient guaranteed a vehicle no hassle .The manager And her staff are Amazing . I never had an issue with this rental company highly recommend .It doesn't matter if you running late or on time The service is worth every minute of your time with great prices....Thanks to Avis I'm a happy customer
The place was pretty quick, but because I pre-booked my reservation they still asked me questions about add ons that I had already declined on-line. That would have sped up the whole process. Plus they unchanged me thinking I wouldn't notice, but I had my quote with me. I also had to take the car through a car wash, because it was filthy. I didn't see scratches in the parking lot because of the caked on dirt. They had 5 days to prep the vehicle before my arrival.
Las agencias tienen personal amable, pero de modo general es terrible el servicio porque los autos son escasos y con problemas. En menos de una semana tuvimos que cambiar de autos 3 veces. No recomiendo la agencia.
