If I could give a -5 star review I would. We booked to pick up a Camry and they magically didn't have it. So they "upgrade us" to an electric mustang. We were in a rush so we had no choice but to get it. Right away we could tell the car was in poor condition. The paint job was so messed up and it had scratches and dents all over. We get in the car and reeeeeeeked of cigarettes. Like someone hotboxed it for a week and I got it right after. To the point that it made me sick. They ruined our 20 day trip. We had to reschedule the entire trip, leaving days later due to the gross negligence of the staff. All they had to to do was call us...1 simple call. Shame on them.

absolutely horrible customer service, genuinely i am shocked at how they handle their customers, we came to pick up our rental car on time and the guy that was at the desk didn’t give me his name but he was extremely rude didn’t give any help basically ignored us, and said that the car we paid for wasn’t available?! and then we would have to upgrade and pay more for another car! absolutely ridiculous!!! never giving my money to this establishment again! please to anyone looking to come here, Don’t.
