It’s a SCAM! I went there with a reservation and they told me they don’t have the vehicle and wanted to up charge me. After I pushed back they told me that’s how it works. They book cars they don’t have and then when you come they upcharge you. The dark skinned lady was not nice either.

I’m shocked at how poorly Avis handled my reservation. I arrived with a confirmed booking only to be told there were no cars available. I waited over an hour while the counter agents ignored my issue and helped others behind me. No one took responsibility or offered a solution. Customer service was just as disappointing. I was bounced between agents who repeated the same useless answers, refused to upgrade me, and wouldn’t issue a voucher or Uber refund.
