The pickup and drop off were good. Two hours after drop off I realized I left a Bluetooth Sonos speaker in the vehicle. I returned to the drop off and was told they didn’t see it while cleaning and the car was rented to a new client. They called that client but the phone number was not in service. Absolute worse car rental company on the Treasure Coast. Third time we rented a van and they didn’t have one. Twice to take our son back to college and again today. It’s ridiculous. Why are we making reservations? Avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give a -5 star review I would. We booked to pick up a Camry and they magically didn't have it. So they "upgrade us" to an electric mustang. We were in a rush so we had no choice but to get it. Right away we could tell the car was in poor condition. The paint job was so messed up and it had scratches and dents all over. We get in the car and reeeeeeeked of cigarettes. Like someone hotboxed it for a week and I got it right after. To the point that it made me sick. Friendly and respectful people
They ruined our 20 day trip. We had to reschedule the entire trip, leaving days later due to the gross negligence of the staff. All they had to to do was call us...1 simple call. Shame on them.
