Don't rent from these guys. They are one of the biggest scams I've ever had. The guy at the renter counter told me that there was only one car. Left and that it needed a little vacuuming, I went to the car, looked at it, seen that there was a big dent on the trunk, then told the guy that it smelled like cigarettes, and he says, I will note it as well as the car. I been calling Avis all night and no answer (open until 11:45pm). No one is ever at the counter during pick-up. Employees stick a POST-IT NOTE of their name and number to reach them at, but they don't answer that either. I had got a rental through my company and I took video of the interior and exterior of the car/mileage/gas and did the exact same when I returned the car. Was put in a horrible situation with a rental car that was supposedly checked before we took it. The front bumper barely was staying on by the time we reached our destination. The front tires ended up being super wobbly, and had severe vibrations. They also almost gave us a car with a bad big crack in the windshield. Check your cars before you rent them out to people.

Beware of this place. I caught them adding on $450 in bogus penalty charges on my rental. It ended up taking three calls, two letters, and involving the Illinois Attorney General’s office to get them to refund the charges. I wish I’d consulted reviews before renting with them because the internet is full of negative reviews and consumer articles about their practices.
