I had rented a car with Budget at Eppley Airfield Omaha and when I showed up they didn’t have any available. I went over to Avis and was late and upset. Charlie took amazing car of me and was able to get me in a vehicle and on my way for even a better rate! There was a long line and it seems Avis still uses an archaic DOS computer system, but Charlie and his coworker were navigating well. Accidentally pulled in before filling up with gas. I was told that my rental had ended. I actually had another 90 minutes.
Rude, rude, rude!!!! We travel here regularly to visit our daughter, the last couple visit they have gotten increase worst. The counter was fine but once you get to the garage staff that’s when it gets horrible!!!! The counter gave us a car that was already assigned to someone else. He was rude, his demeanor was like he didn’t want to be at work or at least deal with us. I filled up gas tank 2 miles from airport and have proof on credit card statement yet they charged me $277 for saying the tank only had four gallons of gas.
