My sister gets a car from them every other week 4 weeks at a time and they're very reasonable and work with her when complications come. I want to say thank you on behalf of my sister Carmen Porter
I was told to come into this location by the customer service line after the condition of our vehicle we picked up from the airport was not acceptable and we do not return it there because the line was long and the DTW location customer service is horrible. They unfortunately did not have a vehicle to swap out but the owner took the time to clean the vehicle properly. He also explained what to do in the future if this would happen again.
Do not recommend. Understaffed. Staff is rude.
They are the best they were there for us for 8 months while we going a insurance claim
Kindest staff even when they are at their businest. Automatically helped us out to fix the mistakes that the Avis from DTW made for our rental. Tommy - you're a hero!
