Arrived to rent vehicle last minute because Enterprise in Wichita Falls did not have the vehicle we had reserved (reservation made one month earlier), did not even offer something comparable ! The young lady that helped us at Avis Wichita Falls airport was awesome. She was able to get us in a vehicle that day, even better than the one we had reserved through Enterprise. She was friendly, showed us all of the options in the lot, cleaned and prepared the vehicle herself, checked us out efficiently. WOW, what customer service. ... read more
