I booked a reservation for a car on their website. They never called or emailed me, but despite my reservation they "were out of cars" and cancelled my reservation. Don't trust a reservation with them.
Awful!!!!!! I rent with Budget A LOT. This is my 5th time using them within the last 6 months. This is the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I rented a car for only 1 day, just to go to the oceans calling festival. I barely even used the car, I just needed to be able to transport myself to the concert and this would've been cheaper than Uber if they didn't slap me with $700 in extra fees. Avis is a great place to rent a vehicle. Luxury at its best!
Don't bother calling, international call center, and they don't keep up to date inventory. I made a reservation just to get called halfway to pick up to be told there were no cars.
