BEWARE, DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. Blatant fraudulent activity. Booked a vehicle, find out they don't actually have any vehicles available at the time we originally scheduled and will not until a minimum of 6 hours later. I reserved a rental for 4 p.m. I understand they may have been busy at the time but I made this reservation a week ago. They knew I was to pick up at 4 p.m. At 4:20 p.m.I was told she was having the car cleaned and it would be 15 minutes. At 5:15 p.m. I was told oh sorry we don't accept your credit card. Didn't try to run it or anything. If my card wasn't accepted they should have told me that at check in, not an hr later.
