We reserved online and the chosen car was not actually available. The car we were forced to upgrade to was not cleaned, there was debris on every surface, stains on the seats, and the car smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The workers were very kind. On top of that I was forced to not only speak with customer service but I was then told I had to contact the pickup office directly with my complaint. Putting the customer in the position to manage the employees for the business is astounding to me.

Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. We booked and paid for a car, received a confirmation number, and arrived at Salisbury Airport. The employee couldn’t even find our reservation and then insulted us, claiming we had been scammed and used the wrong website. After we called customer service, they found the reservation immediately and confirmed everything was valid. We were then told they had NO car available and that we had to call for a refund.
