Negative 5 stars. This place was a disaster. Huge line inside then they sent us outside to stand in 95 degree heat for another hour long line. Staff didn't care. No sense of urgency or desire to fix the problem. Go somewhere else. I rent cars monthly. By far the worst expensive in years.

Horrendous place to rent a car !!!! Was supposed to get a Genesis 70 " luxury car" and first the lady at the counter had to restart her computer twice instead of just sending me to the next available clerk. Then I get a text that I can pick my car out in row E or K to same time. The car was not in row E and guess what the lot guy has no idea where row K is !!!! So I have to walk back in explain to the lady at the counter what is happening and she also doesn't know where row K is and guesses it's against the fence where the e... read more

Terrible experience 😪. Long,long lines. Dirty cars that smelled like ashtrays and were nasty in the inside. Refused to to take 3-4 because of this. Finally brought one that was tolerable after an hour or more of waiting

my original rental vehicle had a tire pressure issue, so I swapped it at the STL airport location for a Jeep. The Jeep had significant engine noise, so I returned to this location and exchanged it for Ford. It appears that my details were not updated correctly in their system. After switching to the Ford, my profile still showed the Jeep, which was later rented to another customer and dropped off in Chicago airport.
