Horrible, should bring a regional manager for bring lessons to everyone on front desk, the only nice person there was the security lady on the gate in the way out when you are leaving the parking lot... car was clean but not clean, looks like they only spray water on the front and driver side, inside was not clean at all and smells like somebody was smoking with the windows up, I hope dont need to come back that location again..
Other reviews are accurate. Save yourself the time and stress and rent elsewhere. While the associates I interacted with were not outright rude, the entire process was handled with the same level of urgency one would expect at the DMV.
