If I could move stars to the negative side, I would. I rented a car at St Louis airport last week and upon returning it on Friday, not a person was to be found. The expectation is that you leave your car in the return line with other returns and go about your day. I never pre-purchase fuel so I took a photo of my FULL fuel tank before I left the car. They perpetually never have cars. Not sure why they take reservations. I’m a President’s Club member and am dropping Avis.
Worst place I have ever been to rent a car. Avis preferred member here, still this place is awful. Based on multiple experiences. In STL keep in mind you should use any other agency.
THEFT! Charged for fuel after filling up 1 block away. Litterally left the gas receipt in the car. This is not an oversight or mistake...this is intentional overcharging by Avis at STL. President's Club member taking my business back to Enterprise
