Fast and easy to rent a car
Worst experience ever. Made a reservation and called ahead of time to make sure they had the vehicle. They told me they did and that they were looking at it as we spoke soI drove 30 minutes to pick it up only for them to say they didn’t have it. On top of that I have to wait 3-7 days for a refund. These people are unprofessional and incompetent.
Muhammad Was so helpful in dropping off my car. He gave me the best deal and very polite service. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent a clean car for a great price!
They needed a deposit down just in case for damages in the vehicle, said it would be refunded back to me. It never was. They had said it got refunded back but I had never got it even when I called my bank to dispute it. The receipt I had from the rental Didn’t state I put a deposit down so I couldn’t get it refunded back. Long story short, avis said to me and the bank that it got refunded and it never did. Wouldn’t rent again just because of this issue.
