Agents were nervous and hesitant to allow me to exchange a car that had 2 bad tires. I only had their rental agency as my options No Avis in Lemoore or Hanford. 100 mile on the road and tire issue happened again. This Avis has limited hours on Weekends??? This was a huge stressful trip.

Worst car rental ever I came from a whole different state rented a luxury end up coming to a Mitsubishi payed online and everything I end up declining because they had nothing on there lot don’t ever rent from this place it’s a joke they only got 3 cars on the lot and worst customer service

Worst experience ever. Made a reservation and called ahead of time to make sure they had the vehicle. They told me they did and that they were looking at it as we spoke soI drove 30 minutes to pick it up only for them to say they didn’t have it. On top of that I have to wait 3-7 days for a refund. These people are unprofessional and incompetent.

Muhammad Was so helpful in dropping off my car. He gave me the best deal and very polite service. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent a clean car for a great price!
