We didn’t end up being able to rent our car. I will never use this location in the future. The blonde woman working on 03/01/2020 was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When I scheduled my pickup it did not state I had to be at the location at that time, I picked mid afternoon so that I knew my newborn baby would be up and ready to go. The woman was not understanding at all and quite frankly disrespectful. I wish now that I would have asked her name so I could complain about her to corporate specifically.
