This was, by far, the worst rental car experience I have ever had. Upon pickup, the vehicle reeked of smoke and cigars to the point it transferred to my clothing and belongings. I had back-to-back client meetings and no option to return immediately. After my meetings, I attempted to exchange the vehicle—making 32 calls to reach the Duncanville location—only to be told there was “nothing” they could do and that I was “lucky” to have the vehicle at all. They take care of me and address my needs every time I rent from them . They are the only ace I rent from. They also inform me of the best vehicle to suit my needs at the time of travel. I highly recommend!
