Anytime I rent from them they always accommodate me in the best way. The owner personally makes sure to always take care of us . Great service and great communication
David is the best! I love this location compare to the others. He and his employees are respectful and honest. They're patient and their cars are clean. I went to another location and the inside of the car had mold so this is my favorite location!
I told them I smelled smoke. She didn't smell smoke. After going back forth with her, acted like she was going through the system to see if she had a car left and decided the only car she had left was a car that ACTUALLY smelled like smoke and I definitely wouldn't want that car. I would have taken a down grade or up grade but neither was an option for her. I ended up spraying fabreeze in the car because I could no longer take the smell. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Deep dissatisfaction with the service on 10/10/2025. I had a reservation that was inexplicably canceled without my knowledge. Upon arriving at the location to inquire, I encountered two front desk clerks — Tiffany and Maechea (not sure if this is the correct spelling) — whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional and unacceptable.
