NEVER RENT FROM HERE! Showed up at my scheduled time of 11am and was told there were NO CARS AVAILABLE. The first agent asked my name and walked away without saying a word. Then the owner came in and relayed that they did not have any cars. I really enjoyed my experience rent at the Bowie. Cars and staff were amazing!! Check out and check in was awesome. I will always come to this location!

This location always makes the rental process very straightforward and easy. Cars are clean as well!

Terrible experience at this location, avoid at all cost. I reserved a vehicle and later received a call from a rude representative that the vehicle will not be there, even though the website says the vehicle is available. She was condescending, unreasonable and unprofessional. I have been using Avis for many years and lately I have seen a pattern of this type of service.
