Well- a $40 special, advertised online and with a subscription- similar as this one… turned into an almost $300 day rental between Austin & Lubbock. Car returned on time. Employee confirmed rate in System in Austin. Renter- BE AWARE. Nite- returned with full tank of gas.

recently rented an SUV through Costco from this location, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The representative at the Lubbock Airport desk, Laura, was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. I am an employee at Texas Tech University. I made a reservation through the representative whose contact information was provided by the university. However, when I went to pick up the car at the airport at 1.30 pm today, the woman at the front desk acted quite dismissively and said, “How do I know you’re an employee?” Even though I showed her my email—just as stated in the policy document posted at the desk—she refused to accept it.
