Avis proving once again why it's inferior. They won't accept chips or tap to pay so if your card won't swipe you're out of luck. Then when I got to the car there's a stain on the driver's side and big scratches on the trunk

Never choosing them. Was told I’ll get a 7 seater car on call. But eventually was given 5 seater. Also charged the underage fee. Which I was told that I won’t be charged.

Great service! Sarah helped me find a car last minute and worked with me when one was having a problem! I really appreciate it! Made things so much better! She did a great job!

Well- a $40 special, advertised online and with a subscription- similar as this one… turned into an almost $300 day rental between Austin & Lubbock. Car returned on time. Employee confirmed rate in System in Austin. Renter- BE AWARE. Nite- returned with full tank of gas.
