Avis is always now first choice. Hertz second. All others if you really don't need a car because 50 percent they overbook and act real nice and surprised like it never happens.
I rented a Chrysler Pacifica on 11/2024 Great location and clean office. It was a nice car but disgustingly dirty in the inside and outside! I told the rental agent about the car being dirty but she didn’t care. They can probably improve in renting nice clean cars.
Stay far away! Rented a car from this location on Expedia. They called half an hour before our scheduled pickup to tell us they didn't have a car for us and we had to go to the airport. No remorse at all from the attendant. Acted like we were inconveniencing her by wanting the car we reserved. Waited in line for almost an hour at the airport to get a car. Got our bill when we returned it 5 days later with an extra $240 charge. I called Customer Service. Multiple calls and multiple hold times. They dropped $83 randomly off th... read more
Terrible customer service. Kept putting me hold then picking up after 5 minutes and hanging up. Do not use!
