The lady working here was very nice. Pickup and dropoff were quick and easy. Price was reasonable. The car I got was a bit dirty on the inside and outside but not bad enough to be a problem.
I had a very disappointing experience with Avis in Estero. I made a reservation in advance and completed the pre-check process for a 1:00 PM pickup on 03/18/2026. Throughout the day, I received multiple confirmations and reminders encouraging me to complete everything ahead of time to ensure a smooth pickup. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Avis is always now first choice. Hertz second. All others if you really don't need a car because 50 percent they overbook and act real nice and surprised like it never happens.
