Avis Winter Park is our new go to car rental location, no more airport rentals!! Chrissy and Ken provided excellent customer service, fast and easy checkout, and went above and beyond later in the rental when we had car key FOB issues. They made renting a breeze, I hope Avis appreciates them. Plus a decent rate for a two week rental through Priceline. Thank you, Avis, Chrissy and Ken!
For a highly prestigious neighbourhood very poor quality of service and impolite
Be careful, your reservation may be confirmed but when you show up they won’t have any cars available for the foreseeable future. Call to confirm first.
Watch out for accidentally run tolls at this location … (or just with Avis in general) … since if you accidentally run a toll in one of their cars, you not only will have to pay the toll, which is fine, … but you will also need to pay an $8 fee on each day it occurs which is also fine, … but what is NOT fine, is that they will charge you another $8 for each additional toll you go through that SAME day … which again is NOT ok with me, is non-standard from what I have experienced in the past from other companies, and should NO... read more
