Convenient location in Winter Park. Clean and quiet office, with very friendly staff.
I don’t know how this branch is still in business with such poor customer service and limited inventory. I booked a 7seater SUV for pickup on a Wed at noon. I called in the morning and asked if I could pick it up earlier, they said 11:30 is the earliest. I got there any they said they didn’t have the car since the person renting it was going to be late and I’d have to wait until 4-5pm or I could take their 16-seater sprinter van (with no trunk). I had an 8 hour drive with 4 kids under 9 and luggage, so that wasn’t an option.... read more
