Always a pleasant experience here, the staff is always super polite and accommodating. Much cheaper rate than picking up directly from the airport if you can manage to make your way here!
Never trust Budget/Avis to honor their commitments. They canceled our prepaid booking (paid over a month ago) at the very last minute and completely ruined our trip. Absolutely terrible service. Never renting from them again.
Made a reservation, called in advance to confirm my reservation, used uber and their voucher to get to location. No rental available, customer service was a waste of time. Paid $30 for uber ride home. Waste of 2 hours and $30 dollars. Fun times. 100% would not recommend.
It was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. As soon as i reached the counter for my pickup, the lady said “Oh she didn’t call you?”. I was perplexed and confirmed I had not missed any calls within the last few days. They apparently had no cars available at all and instead of helping me or offering alternatives, asked me to call customer service. The only solution customer service reps offered was to cancel my reservation. I am never going with Avis or this location again.
Excellent experience — great staff made all the difference! Rented from Avis recently and was genuinely impressed. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process completely stress-free. They walked me through everything clearly, no hidden surprises, and had me on my way in no time.
